Museum

Our spring break would not be complete without a trip to the Children's Museum.

Lincoln loved this airplane in Playscape.

Jack & Lincoln had fun tasting all of the food in the kitchen.

Lincoln & Charlotte driving the tractor.

Lincoln crawled all over the place.

Charlotte played at the dollhouse for a long time. Perhaps she needs one for her birthday?

Jack drove the racecar! I didn't get a good picture of him looking with my camera, but you can still see his little grin.

Lincoln liked sitting in the leather chairs inside this playhouse. Wouldn't this be great to have at home?

Charlotte spends a long time with the sand now. I hope this means she will love the beach this summer on our vacation.

Kissing!

Our friends Arrin and Zoe visited today. Lincoln LOVED Zoe and insisted on giving her kisses. I had to finally tear the boy away from her. If only the camera would move as fast as he did, there was one good open mouth kiss they shared. It was too cute!

Children's Museum

We went to visit the Lego exhibit. Charlotte loved going down this little slide. I didn't think we would ever get her to visit the rest of the exhibit.

Lincoln the knight

Lego Dragon

We stopped to read a princess book in the princess chairs.

Clark and Charlotte built a Lego wall on the computer screen. Then they fired the catapult to try to break the wall down.

Lincoln really enjoyed Playscape this time. He could move around and get into things!

He crawled over the bridge.

Charlotte painted a porcupine and used the fork to make his quills.

Lincoln discovered that he enjoys gardening.

He even planted some flowers.

Spaghetti

Lincoln loves to feed himself. Spaghetti is definitely a favorite. Of course this means eating it, putting it in his hair, and throwing it.

My Car!

Lincoln enjoyed playing in the little red car.

Then Charlotte joined him and insisted it was her car.

Her compromise was to ride her pink bike and tell Lincoln that this little car was his.

Lincoln was happy playing with this car too!

A cute bathroom picture that also shows Lincoln is pulling himself up to stand now. I am sure he will be walking before I am ready!

Maris's Birthday

We traveled to Jasper for Maris's birthday.

Maris turned 2!

Amanda & Lincoln

Maude & Charlotte had fun playing together. I could hardly get them to stand still for a picture.

The birthday party was at a little train depot. Charlotte loved visiting the train and running around outside. The weather was beautiful.

Brayden's Birthday

We had another birthday party on Sunday. Charlotte's friend Brayden turned 2. She really enjoyed the party because it was all of her friends at daycare. The theme was Cars.

Charlotte and Nathan - as you can tell from their smiles, they are best friends!

Parker is stacking tires (oreos) to make the tallest tower possible.

The kids played a memory game. They had to figure out the item that was missing from the tray.

The cars were racing, but the kids couldn't move their cards until their suit was dealt.

They are doing a great job of being patient and waiting for the cards.
