School was cancelled for a snow day, so we headed for the Children's Museum with our friends Mandee and Jack. Jack was born the day after Lincoln, and we always enjoy playing with him!
We spend some time playing games and puzzles. Charlotte was making a beautiful potato head.
Lincoln rode this time :)

Creative Play
Later that day, Charlotte pretended this scarf was a snake. Here she is putting boots on her snake.
She also told her snake to get dressed about put the snake through her pant legs.
Did you know?
Nail polish is NOT easy to get off of skin.
Charlotte was painting her toes and then painted her face.
She also painted her arms and her legs. Nail polish remover hurt and didn't do much good anyway. We scrubbed some and then just left the rest. Needless to say, we won't be using nail polish for a long time.

Children's Museum
We visited the Children's Museum with our friends Pete & Jennifer and their kids. It was a great day!
Lincoln enjoyed watching everything from his stroller.
Charlotte and Clark were learning about dinosaurs. She still thinks the exhibit is a little scary, but she had fun.
Charlotte even dressed as a dinosaur - long enough to take a picture!
The kids were working on a puzzle matching the dinosaur bones to their fossil.
Charlotte and Kendall on a dinosaur dig - aren't the goggles great?
They also had fun playing with the dinosaurs.
Kendall and Isaac enjoyed walking through the traincar.
Charlotte dressed as a dolphin. She is staring at herself on TV. It looks like she is in the ocean.
Charlotte inside the submarine
Lincoln kept taking his socks off to chew on them or his toes. We finally just gave up and took them off!
Isaac enjoyed building with blocks and then knocking them down!
Charlotte was making her own Chiluly artwork.
We visited Playscape during song time again. Charlotte enjoyed the maracas and told the singers that Old MacDonald had an elephant on his farm. They were great sports and let us sing a verse with an elephant.
Lincoln enjoyed listening to the music and helping me play the tambourine.
He also liked playing the maracas.
Our visit is not complete without at least one ride on the carousel.

Cheerleading!
My niece Jordan is a cheerleader. We went to one of her basketball games.
Lincoln slept through a lot of the game but woke up smiling at all of the excitement.
Charlotte wanted to run everywhere and enjoyed performing for everyone in the stands during halftime.

Eight Months Old!
Lincoln is now eight months old. He is a happy baby. He loves to play and move around in circles on his belly on the floor.
Lincoln & Charlotte love taking baths together. As you can see, they both love to splash. Then they laugh like it is the funniest thing in the world.
